Erika Estes is a Relocation Specialist and Broker for 20  years.  She has been assisting employees & families including entrepreneurs that are moving to The Best of the Southwest cities since 2004. She understands when corporations are relocating employees that it is important for them to find the best neighborhoods, good schools, convenient shopping centers, restaurants and other entertainment. 

Erika Estes has been speaking throughout Dallas County as a Motivational Speaker for over 18 years. Erika is a prolific speaker! Her passion shows while speaking to small or large audiences. Her ability to speak life into individuals Empower them to Level Up. Her ability to Rejuvenate her audience spirits is undeniable. Erika’s pragmatic message resonate with everyone from teenagers, entry level employees to business owners. Each person will walk away with new passion and motivation to move into action! 

Erika Estes  graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Texas at the top 15% of her class. Erika was a triple major in Economics, Alternative Dispute Resolution & Marketing and minor in Entrepreneurship, Small Business Marketing & Management.

While growing up in the DFW area Erika Estes has always been an advocate for the community, and donated a portion of my commission to support the Trauma Support Services of North Texas for Women, Texas Tenant Union & Youth Organization Teens in Crisis.

Helping our youth, strengthening our women and empowering our communities has been Erika's life mission.
